Crafted in Darlington, the birthplace of the railways taking inspiration from the third train to run on the historic Darlington to Stockton Railway. Darlington based The Little Quaker Distillery are proud to bring you their first Rum.
The Black Diamond was the third locomotive registered to run on the worlds first passenger railway in 1825.
This re-distilled rum is named after that fantastic steam locomotive, Black Diamond and is distilled with pineapple, bananas and molasses to give a great sweet rum base. Once distilled the rum is aged in an oak barrel with maple syrup, vanilla pods and salted caramel to give fabulous flavour to the rum.
