Tasting room now open for bookings yes that’s right, our tasting room set in the distillery above the shop in Clarks Yard, Darlington is now open. We have started the tastings at £25pp in return you will get to taste for generous Gin and tonics from our gin range chosen at random on the day. Each Gin is served with the correct pairing of tonics and garnish. Also at the end of the tasting session you will get the opportunity to make a cocktail with one of the gins from the session. Learn about the history of gin as well as our story, all in a purpose built area within the distillery. You will be able to see how we distill as we take you on a gin journey showing you our American copper still.
